Exhibits

The event will be held at the A. Philip Randolph Pullman Porter Museum, 10406 South Maryland, Chicago, IL , 60628. All Exhibitors will receive a 10x10 booth space, 6-foot table and 2 chairs. Exhibit space will be located on the exterior grounds of the museum.  The Exhibit Fee is $80.00 and payments can be made through Pay Pal on the Museum website at www.aphiliprandolpullmanportermuseum.org  Show times are Saturday, August 16th 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, August 17th 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Set-up times, exhibit space assignments and directions will be provided in the Exhibitor Packet. Electricity is not available for this event. Promotion and production for this event is handled by P.J. Productions & Entertainment (PJP). Contract & Conditions
1.Application for Exhibit Space: Applications by Exhibitors shall be made on the official contract from only. Contract forms can be completed at the Museum website, www.aphiliprandolphpullmanportermuseum.org, or can be requested by email at PJProductionsent@hotmail.com. P.J.P. will promptly accept or reject each application received and will furnish additional information to each Exhibitor whose application has been accepted.  Booth space will be assigned by P.J.P., guided by the requirements of the Exhibitors, whenever possible. P.J.P. reserves the right to rearrange or relocate any exhibit if it appears necessary.

2.Space Rental: All prices are outlined in the application. The application for exhibit space must be signed by a duly authorized agent of the Exhibitor and submitted with full payment. Such application will be used for the determination of booth selection as provided in section 2 above. Payment shall not be refundable if Exhibitor cancels reservation for booth space.
3.Safety Precaution: Exhibitors shall take precautions for the safety of their personnel, other Exhibitors and all other persons upon the premises, and shall comply with all applicable provisions of Federal, State and Municipal safety laws, codes and ordnances.
4.Booth Production: The Exhibitor agrees to produce his/her Exhibit in dignified taste and in keeping with the image of the Show and to provide staff to be present in the booth during Show hours.  NO EARLY TEAR DOWN.
5.Liability, Indemnification & Hold Harmless: A. Philip Randolph Pullman Porter Museum, P.J. Productions & Entertainment and their officers and staff members disclaim all liability for damages or losses caused to any Exhibitory by fire, water, flood, windstorm, utility failures, rodents, acts of vandalism, insurrection, civil disorders, strikes, criminal acts, etc.  Exhibitor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless A. Philip Randolph Pullman Porter Museum, P.J. Productions & Entertainment and its sponsors.
